    Well, it looks like I'm going to need a little help getting the turkey out. In case you're wondering, it's a Glatt Kosher turkey. Sure, it costs a little more but at least I know that it will be of the best possible quality. Even the KAJ says that it's kosher. They're based in Washington Heights, so it must be good.
